BACKGROUND  

PG娱乐城 was founded in 2011 by the existing French, German and British business associations to act as the official chamber of the European business community in the Kingdom. Since then, it has grown to over 425 members and 7 national chapters, comprising 23 European countries.  PG娱乐城's core activities are to promote, support, and represent its members and European business interests in dialogue with the Royal Government of Cambodia, with the aim of developing a more efficient and fertile business and investment environment. In addition to these core activities, PG娱乐城 can facilitate further services to its members by capitalising on the expertise of their in-house communications, events, and services teams.

 

Position Summary 

PG娱乐城 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. 

As a Senior National Chapter Officer, you will play an important role in supporting PG娱乐城’s national chapters (German Business Cambodia, NordCham, Benelux), offering support to the development of their respective activities (membership, communication & events). This role reports directly to the Membership Officer, under the overall authority of the Executive Director, and under the strategic supervision of the chapters’ boards.  

 
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:   

Event management – 50% 

  • Event Planning: Lead the organisation of high-profile events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), networking sessions, and cultural activities. 

  • Event Execution Oversight: Ensure the seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, registration processes, and on-site coordination. 

  • Post-Event Activities: Conduct post-event communication and evaluation, identify areas for improvement. 

Strategic Communication – 40% 

  • Content creation: Develop content such as design, videos or articles to highlight member achievements, new initiatives, and industry news.  

  • Social media management: Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn) to promote events, activities, and member-related news.  

  • Monthly newsletter: Design and develop a monthly newsletter, curating relevant content that includes upcoming events, member spotlights, industry insights, and other engaging information to keep members informed and connected. 

Membership Development – 10% 

  • Retention Strategy: Collaborate with chapter chairman to enhance member engagement and retention strategies. 

  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand chapter membership. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in managing diverse responsibilities, including event coordination, communications, and membership engagement, ideally at a senior level. 

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the flexibility to effectively oversee and support three National Chapters simultaneously. 

  • Strong leadership abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable. 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
