H. E. Mr. SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister attached to the Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), presented the key points of the (IDP) that was officially launched by the Prime Minister on 26 August. The presentation is available.
In a context of rapid domestic development and changing global environment, the IDP has been conceived by the Royal Government as a major policy tool that will enable the necessary transformation of the Cambodian industry from a currently labor-intensive sector to a skill-driven sector in 2025. As the Council for the Development of Cambodia is the coordinating institution of the IDP implementation, His Excellency Mr. SOK Chenda shared with more than 100 representatives of the business community the strategic objectives of the IDP and the Action Plan that has been designed to ensure its effective implementation.聽
