We are pleased to invite PG娱乐城 members to our Annual General Meeting 2017, taking place Monday, June 5th, from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
CANDIDATURE
In order to stand for election to become a Board Member, please fill in the and send it to director@eurocham-cambodia.org or bring it to by Monday, May 29th 2017.
PARTICIPATION
Participation is complimentary for one corporate representative of each member company as well as for individual members. Additional representatives are welcome at the following rates: member $35, non-member $45.
VOTING RIGHTS & PROCEDURES
Only Ordinary Members that have paid their 2017 membership fees will have voting rights and be able to stand for election. Please be aware that BritCham Members who have not applied for PG娱乐城 Direct Membership are not eligible to vote.
PROXIES
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, the attached should be filled and sent to the PG娱乐城 office by email to director@eurocham-cambodia.org by Friday, June 2nd 2017.
Note: Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies. Each member can hold a maximum of 3 proxies. You will find detailed information on the voting and election procedures in the .
