The Board of Directors of PG娱乐城 is pleased to invite you to partake in PG娱乐城’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Tuesday, September 12 at . Registration opens at 10:00, and the AGM begins at 11:00.
PG娱乐城's Annual General Meeting is a special occasion, bringing together all members, partners, and the wider community to actively participate in shaping the organisation. This year's meeting holds a special importance as we call upon our ordinary members to vote on new updates and changes to our statutes which we hope will enhance our framework to better serve the needs of our dynamic community.
Join us as we present key updates and hear from each department on some of the great work the chamber has been up to this past year. Beyond the formalities, there will be a delicious lunch, and the opportunity to engage in networking following the vote and presentations!
PARTICIPATION
All members are welcome to attend this event. However, only ordinary PG娱乐城 members (fully paid up, corporate or SME) can vote on statute changes (one vote per company).Note: One complimentary ticket is available for each member (ordinary or associate)

PROXIES
If you are unable to attend the AGM, please complete and return this to project.officer1@eurocham-cambodia.org. Please send your proxy (original/copy) to Eurocham and the member concerned who must bring it to the Annual General Meeting.
Note: Only Ordinary members are eligible to vote during the AGM, Member and Proxy shall both be Ordinary for the vote to be valid.
