On 14th & 15th August 2023, PGÓéÀÖ³Ç Training Academy will host a 2-day training course on Project Management on the 5th floor of the Bred Bank Building.

Project management is vital for all aspects of your business as it governs the process of planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. Effective project management helps you complete projects on time and under budget. It also helps you foster strong communication and collaboration between team members.

In this course, participant will learn:

  • How to manage risks, build project plans, lead and manage a team, and deal with international complexities
  • Build a risk management matrix and plan, build a project network, and identify issues that could impact your project.

About the trainer

Morgan Afshar has worked as a Senior Project and Program Manager for three Fortune 500 companies in the United States and Europe (Cisco, Caterpillar, and Crane). While at Cisco (Fortune 100) he led a project to expand Cisco’s sales and supply chain to 15 new countries. He has taught Project Management at the MBA, Corporate, and University levels across several countries, including the United States, South Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia.
