PGÓéÀÖ³Ç Training Academy is pleased to announce the launch of its first premium course on Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics in July.

The recent Covid-19 crisis has highlighted numerous aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in a way that hadn't occurred before. This has shown that companies that have incorporated CSR into their operating procedures have demonstrated greater resilience, both financially and otherwise.

In this course, sustainable development and CSR/CSV will be expertly positioned as a crucial cross-disciplinary component at the core of corporate strategy, fueling business strategies, and fundamental to the leader's responsibility. Executives and senior management, exco members, board members, entrepreneurs, and experienced professionals looking to amplify their impact through a sustainable strategy should not miss this training opportunity!

The aim of this course:

  • Explore the basics of a responsible strategy, Identify its scope (which often borders on other themes), and identify the path towards a roadmap.
  • How should CSR/CSV be approached to create value and be fully integrated into business strategy?
  • Purpose, megatrends, stakeholder mapping, risk analysis,  shared value, stakeholder matrix, materiality analysis
  • Focus on sustainable and responsible supply chain
  • How should societal and environmental responsibility be rooted in Company processes?

This training course has limited seating and is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. The training will be conducted in English and can be  translated into French or Khmer
